We cooked a meal for 20 people & ate the leftovers (shhhhh!) including our ice cream sundae PIE... and yes, it's as good as it sounds.
We drank some aperitifs b/c the clients shouldn't have ALL the fun.
And I watched Logan perform "Wagon Wheel."
He is jamming. The Frenchies are loving it. And my heart is full.
Full because I am here.
The dream we have shared since we met in 2008 is actually happening. I get to spend every single day with the man I love in FRANCE.
We LIVE here.
I am overwhelmingly grateful. I would have never imagined this experience would be part of my love story and I feel so very, very lucky. (Even if it does mean scrubbing toilets every once in awhile...)
way cool, even for a guy!
ReplyDeleteLucky AND deserving! Cheers to more delicious pies and dirty toilets...
ReplyDeleteLucky girl and he is a lucky guy, too!

ReplyDeleteI am so proud of you for taking on a glorious risk and embarking on such an incredible adventure. Not many people have the gumption you do, my dear Abs. Love to you both.
