5 Smiles :)

1. We are currently on a road trip to Houston... that's all I can say at this point so I will distract you and tell you that... THIS picture is like my worst nightmare. I am terrified of birds.  So little girl (We will call you Bridgette) - I FEEL your pain!

2. Breakfast for Dinner Supper Club was this week. Amazing food, beautiful hosts (inside and out), and quality girls catch up time! (Including cuddle time with Miss Landry)

3. This someecard was sent to me via Morgan in celebration of my Facebook purging.  Lately I have grown bored reading people's status updates or looking at their pictures, when I have NO clue how I know them... Maybe a class at Texas A&M, maybe a younger/ older classman from LHHS? Maybe they saw my picture and fell in love with me? haha jk...  I have no idea, but it is wasting my time, so I am sticking with people I care to keep up with.  Take THAT, Mark Zuckerberg.

4. A beautiful quote that I strive to live by. Ran across it this week and it spoke straight to my heart. (and convicted me of how I react specifically with Christmas tree lights!)

“I’ve learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on and it will be better tomorrow. I’ve learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he or she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. I’ve learned that regardless of your relationship with your family, you’ll miss them when they’re gone from your life. I’ve learned that making a living is not the same thing as making a life and I’ve learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catcher’s mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back. I’ve learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision and I’ve learned that even when I have pains, I don’t have to be one. I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn in life and I’ve learned that people will forget what you said and what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

5. This movie looks AMAZING! I cannot wait to doll up in one of my old bridesmaids dresses and go see this movie with a group of girls... and maybe sneak in some merlot in our handbags :) Anyone in???

HAPPY WEEKEND PEEPS!!!
