Sometimes I struggle with comparison or feeling left out, especially being so far away and missing out on so many things. I have to remind myself that the next few years should remain a treasured experience. I am so lucky to have this opportunity to live and work in France and I'm sure many people would love to be in my place. I am humbled when I count my blessings, for they far outweigh what I am missing out on. I try to make an effort not to waste my time here wishing I was somewhere else, but rather drink fully from this daily adventure and truly enjoy the present, this moment, my life, completely unique. Being engaged and happy with where God has me... HERE.

(that's how I feel after I read that post...empowered) You are wise beyond your years sweet girl...I pray those words live true for not only you, but all of us EVERYDAY...because no matter where you are or what you have, it is easy to think you don't have "exactly" what you want, when you want it.
