If you want to check out the "Before" pictures of our log cabin, you can go HERE.
Although this is still a work in progress, here are some updated photos of our little log home :) Again, since we do not know what is in store for our future (staying in France vs. moving back to the US) we have opted to not spend money on new furniture or any excessive decorating. Although this kills me, I know it is the right thing for us to do because we have a storage unit back in Dallas packed FULL of our wedding gifts, furniture, and cute decor. But OH the possibilities of this place... le sigh. All that to say, I still think we did a great job with what we had on hand :)
Bienvenue. This is what you see when you walk in our front door.
The view from the lofted area upstairs.
Since the French don't believe in closets, we hung a rod under the stairs for our coats. Not the prettiest thing in the world, but it sure is practical!
La Cuisine (The Kitchen)
The bathroom hasn't changed too much but HEY WASHER/ DRYER!!! We LOVE having you in our home :)
The bedroom is tiny, but I think it turned out cute. We bought the curtains and are hopeful to bring them with us in the next move.
The closet... which is packed FULL. Its hilarious how many clothes I had to store when I can't wear over 1/2 of them right now! :)
Upstairs office area.
Computer desk, filing, crafting, etc.
Guest bedroom! Come visit :)
We are keeping the nursery unveiling for a later date... Well, because its not even CLOSE to being finished! That is the one room we WILL splurge on.... Not sure if Logan knows that yet or not ;)
Hope you enjoyed our updated home tour!
